PURPOSE: A street lighting pole laying footing structure and a method for installation of a street lighting pole using the same are provided to facilitate the installation of street lighting poles, since a street lighting pole is inserted and coupled by bolts. CONSTITUTION: A street lighting pole laying footing structure comprises footing concrete(10), a light pole receiving pipe(20), and a spacer frame(30), and a protective cover(40). The upper end of the light pole receiving pipe is exposed to the upper side of footing concrete. Multiple bolt insertion holes(21) are punched along the outer surface of the exposed upper end of the light pole receiving pipe. The spacer frame covers the light pole receiving pipe on the top of the footing concrete. The protective cover is coupled with the space maintain frame.
