PURPOSE: A dynamic integration memory managing system in a cyber physical system, a memory managing system, and a method thereof are provided to integrate an application field without restricting a special field according to a dynamic integration technique based on a dynamic control management system. CONSTITUTION: A controlling/managing device(212) registers a controlling device(213), stores function information, and connects an operation device(214) to the controlling device according to middleware. The controlling device requests function information between controlling devices and generates a control command according to function information. The operation device is controlled according to the command of the controlling/managing device.
