PURPOSE: A lane capable of improving visibility in the night and rainy weather and a coloring method thereof are provided to enable a driver to accurately distinguish the lane in the night through a reflection layer. CONSTITUTION: A lane capable of improving visibility in the night and rainy weather comprises a base layer(110), a coating layer(130), and a reflection layer(120). The base layer is formed on the surface of a road in which foreign materials are removed. The coating layer has a thickness of 50-750micrometers and is formed on the top of the base layer. The reflection layer is composed of first and second reflective materials(121,122), and a titanium dioxide photo-catalyst(123) and is formed on the top of the coating layer.
