A COMPOSITION OF WASTE GYPSUM BLOCK FOR PUBRIC WORKS, WASTE GYPSUM BLOCK USING THE SAME AND A MANUFACTURING METHOD THEREOF

PURPOSE: A waste gypsum block composition for engineering works, a waste gypsum block using thereof, and a manufacturing method thereof are provided to manufacture the waste gypsum block by recycling waste gypsum, various additives, and a compounding technology. CONSTITUTION: A waste gypsum block composition for engineering works comprises 5-20 weight% of stone powder, 25-40 weight% of crushed stone aggregate, 10-20 weight% of sand, 10-20 weight% of bottom ash, 10-20 weight% of waste gypsum, 5-20 weight% of cement, 1-10 weight% of lime, 0.1-2 weight% of liquid binder, 0.1-2 weight% of additive, 1-10 weight% of more than 1 type of material which is selected from pozzolan and blast furnace slag. A manufacturing method of the waste gypsum block comprises the next steps: mixing 85-95 weight% of waste gypsum block composition for engineering works with remnant amount of water; and vibration press molding thereof.
