BEAM CONSTRUCTION METHOD USING REPRESTRESSING OF JOINT, BEAM AND BRIDGE CONSTRUCTION METHOD THEREBY

PURPOSE: A manufacturing method of a beam using the re-prestressing of a connection unit, a beam manufactured using the re-prestressing of a connection unit, a construction method of a bridge using the beam are provided to cost-efficiently manufacture a PSC beam through a pre-tension method. CONSTITUTION: A manufacturing method of a beam using the re-prestressing of a connection unit is as follows. Tendons(300) are tensed at a worktable(200). Segment beams(110,120,130), in which pre-stress is applied, are manufactured using a form and concrete. The tendons are protruded from the ends of the pre-stressed segment beams. The pre-stressed segment beams are transferred to a construction site, and connection parts(A) are formed by arranging the transferred segment beams to be separated from each other. The tendons of the segment beams are connected to each other through connectors(140) to restrict the pre-stressed segment beams. Concrete(500) is placed in the connection parts and cured. Compressive stress is applied to the concrete, and the segment beams are re-prestressed to unite the segment beams.
