PURPOSE: A fire escape device of a multistory building is provided to enable a user to escape downstairs through a manhole and a ladder in emergency. CONSTITUTION: A fire escape device of a multistory building comprises a main body(1), a manhole(2), a lid(3) a fixed floor unit(4), a ladder, a lower cover, a fixing joint groove, and a lock device. The main body is formed in a square box shape having the height as the same as the veranda thickness of a multistory building. The manhole is formed to penetrate in one side of the main body so that a user can pass through. The fixed floor unit is comprised of a lid and fixed floor. The ladder is installed to rotate in one side exit of the manhole. The lower cover protects the ladder while shielding the ladder. A plurality of fixing joint grooves is fixed to and coupled with anchor bolts installed in a building. The lock device locks the lid and lower cover in the closed state.
