WET-MIX SHOTCRETE COMPOSITION AND CONSTRUCTION METHOD OF SCENERY STRUCTURE USING THE SAME

PURPOSE: A wet-type shotcrete composition and a construction method of a scenery structure which uses thereof are provided to improve application property, intensity, and durability of shotcrete. CONSTITUTION: A wet-type shotcrete composition comprises 80-85 volume% of former shotcrete and 15-20 volume % of air. The former shotcrete comprises 18-28 wt% of coarse aggregate, 40-50 weight% of fine aggregate, 12-22 weight% of cement, 3-13 weight% of water, 1.4-2.4 weight% of silica fume, 1.6-2.6 weight%, of expanding agent, 0.01-0.1 weight% of superplasticizer, and 0.0001-0.01 weight% of AE(air-entraining agent) based on 100.0 wt% of the former shotcrete. 0.0027-0.005 parts by weight of the AE(air-entraining agent) is included based on 100.0 parts by weight of cement.
