The present invention relates to an anchor head protecting member applied to a landscape structure and to a construction method thereof. A high-performance shotcrete composition is formed, which forms an artificial landscaping structure on a protective cap of an anchor head protecting body for protecting an anchor head that is installed on a slope for slope stabilization, and accordingly, the entire slope stabilization area becomes a landscaping structure with a natural beauty. In addition, a housing of the anchor head protecting body for protecting the anchor head is quickly and easily installed on a pressure plate so as to make the constructability excellent, and the protective cap of the anchor head protecting member can be easily separated for maintenance.
