PURPOSE: An ecological unit and an ecological device including the same are provided to supply nutrient to plants and trees and to efficiently improve the quality of water around the plants and the trees by including fertilizer components. CONSTITUTION: An ecological unit(100) includes a penetration hole and a body(110). The body is buried and decomposed. An oxidization catalyst film(130) is formed at a part of the body. The ecological unit further includes a water purifying part. The water purifying part purifies water in the body. The water purifying part further includes a microorganism attached member(150). The water purifying part further includes a filtering member for improving the quality of water. The filtering member is adjacently arranged to the body.
