PURPOSE: A method for manufacturing a sensor using a carbon nanotube channel is provided to improve sensitivity of a sensor using a carbon nanotube through a surface programmed assembly. CONSTITUTION: A method for manufacturing a sensor using a carbon nanotube channel comprises the steps of: patterning a hydrophobic molecular film on a solid surface to manufacture a substrate with 100-400nm of channel width of the carbon nanotube; dipping the substrate in the solution in which the carbon nanotube is dispersed to deposit the carbon nanotube on the carbon nanotube channel in which the hydrophobic molecule film is not patterned; and depositing an electrode on the substrate.
