PURPOSE: A piping unit for a hot water mat and a hot water mat assembly having the same, capable of preventing noise are provided to resolve a circulatory disturbance because a small amount of water flows into a discharge pipe if the water pressure is markedly dropped. CONSTITUTION: A check valve of a piping unit for a hot water mat comprises a valve case(92), a main valve member(94), and an auxiliary valve member(96). The auxiliary valve member comprises a first valve member(96a), and a second valve member(96b). The first valve member is placed between the main valve and one side of the valve case. The first valve member comprises a first through hole(96c) whose size is smaller than a main through hoe. The second valve member is placed between the first valve member and one side of the valve case. The second valve member comprises a second through hole(96d) whose size is smaller than the main through hole and bigger than the first through hole. The one side, where the main through hole of the valve case is formed is slantingly built for the main valve member to be easily placed.
