PURPOSE: A method for manufacturing graphene using an organic solvent and graphene manufactured by the same are provided to manufacture massive amount of graphene and prevent the damage of the graphene. CONSTITUTION: Graphite is added to 1-propanol. The graphite is 0.1 to 0.3 mg/ml with respect to the 1-propanol. The graphite is dispersed in the 1-propanol through an ultrasound wave process for 10 to 20minutes, and an 1-propanol-based solution is obtained. Non-dispersed graphite is centrifugal separated at 4500 to 5500rpm for 5 to 10 minutes and is eliminated. Graphene is extracted from the overlaying layer of the 1-propanol-based solution using pipette.
