Synthesis of lipoic acid-grafted compound and method therefor

PURPOSE: A lipoic acid-grafted compound is provided to induce commercialization by performing conversion into derivatives of condroitin sulfate, heparin, carboxymethyl cellulose and hyaluronic acid. CONSTITUTION: A polymer compound is prepared by bonding a carboxy functional group of a lipoic acid and a compound having an amine functional group. Specifically the polymer compound is formed through Michael type addition reaction of a lipoic acid-grafted polymer compound with a compound having one or more unsaturated hydrocarbon functional groups.
