PURPOSE: Method for purifying clay soil is provided to improve economical characteristic by implementing purifying processes in a short period of time. CONSTITUTION: Clay-based electrode holes(10) are formed, and electrodes(15) are inserted into the electrode holes. Moisture is applied to the electrodes, and an AC voltage is applied to the electrodes. The depths of the electrode holes are shallower than the depth of the underground water region of soil. Extracting wells(30) are formed at the electrodes, and high pressure injecting wells(20) are formed between the electrodes. Liquid contamination purifying agent is injected into the high pressure injecting wells. Volatile gas is extracted from the extracting wells.
