PURPOSE: A prestressed concrete composite girder with prestress non-introducing parts installed in the top and bottom of the girder, a manufacturing method thereof, a slab structure using the same, and a construction method thereof are provided to reduce negative moments occurred in a slab. CONSTITUTION: A prestressed concrete composite girder with prestress non-introducing parts installed in the top and bottom of the girder comprises shear grooves, steel rods(11), prestress non-introducing parts(25), a prestress introducing part(20), and an exposed steel wire(12). The shear grooves are formed on both surfaces of the girder. The steel rods are installed on the front surface of the girder at uniform intervals. The prestress non-introducing parts are installed in the top and bottom surfaces of the girder. The prestress introducing part is installed in the girder in which the prestress non-introducing parts are not installed. The exposed steel wire is formed in both ends of the girder.
