METHOD FOR PREPARING CARBURIZED BRICK HAVING SILVER GLOSSY SURFACE

PURPOSE: A manufacturing method of silver bricks is provided to display silver color polishability by contacting with external air at kiln inner temperature. CONSTITUTION: A manufacturing method of silver bricks comprises the following steps: manufacturing loess bricks by mixing 50-70 wt% of red soil with 30-50 wt% of granite soil; heating the loess bricks inside a kiln at 800-1200 deg. Celsius for 4-15 hours; adding carburizing gas inside the kiln by closing the kiln; forming a carburized layer on the surface of the loess brick which is heated for 10-60 minutes; discharging the incompletely burned gas generated in a carburized layer forming process to outside after completely burned; charging the inactive gas inside the kiln; cooling the carburized loess brick by using the refrigerated pipe; pausing the operation of the refrigerated pipe in the kiln at inner temperature of 50-400 deg. Celsius. and contacting the carburized loess brick with external air.
