PURPOSE: A virtual image projecting system and a method thereof are provided to enable a virtual image rendering apparatus to supply a virtual image while considering the location of a real object. CONSTITUTION: A tracking sensor(100) measures the location coordinates of an observer. The observer observes a real object. A transparent display panel(300) is located between the real object and the observer. The transparent display panel displays a virtual image corresponding to the real object. A virtual image rendering device(200) creates the virtual image according to the location coordinates of the observer.
