PURPOSE: Red pepper paste containing a deer antler extract, and a producing method thereof are provided to use a safflower seed extract, a green tea extract, an acanthopanax senticosus extract, and a polygonatum odoratum extract. CONSTITUTION: A producing method of red pepper paste containing a deer antler extract comprises the following steps; cutting deer antlers, and freeze-storing the deer antlers at -25~-50deg C for more than 10days; cutting the frozen deer antlers into 0.5~3mm; mixing 20~40wt% of deer antlers, 15~20wt% of safflower seeds, 15~20wt% of green tea leaves, 15~20wt% of acanthopanax senticosus, and 15~20wt% of polygonatum odoratum, with water; heating the mixture at 100~130deg C, and high pressure-extracting the mixture for obtaining the deer antler extract; mixing 20~25wt% of malt extract, 15~20wt% of deer antler extract, and 1~5wt% of salt for obtaining mixture liquid; adding red pepper powder and fermented soybean powder to the mixture liquid; and aging the mixture for 2~5months.
