Record management system and the method based on SaaS platform

PURPOSE: A record managing system based on a software platform is provided to collect user information stored in an RFID card and manage records of a user by an operating server based on a SaaS platform, thereby efficiently managing the records. CONSTITUTION: An RFID(Radio Frequency ID) card(100) is issued to manage records of a user. A reader(110) reads user information stored in the RFID card. An operating server(130) based on a SaaS(Software as a Service) platform stores the user information in a database and manages records of user information by tenant data stored in the database. A user computer(140) is connected to the operating server to manage the records of the user information stored in the database.
