PURPOSE: A fixture for a bridge decoration material capable of preventing damage to a bridge decoration material using a buffer spring and a construction method of a bridge decoration material using the same are provided to reduce vibration applied to a bridge using buffer springs. CONSTITUTION: A fixture(100) for a bridge decoration material for preventing damage to a bridge decoration material using a buffer spring comprises a precast beam fastening bracket(110), fixing pins(120), buffer springs(130), a vertically movable member(140), and a decoration material connecting piece(150). The precast beam fastening bracket has a fixed plate(112), a support plate(114), and a reinforcing rib(116). The fixed plate is coupled to the side end of a precast beam installed on the bottom of a bridge. The support plate is extended from the bottom of the fixed plate. The fixing pins are coupled to the support plate. The buffer springs supply elastic force to the fixing pins. The vertically movable member is arranged on the tops of the buffer springs. The decoration material connecting piece is connected to a decoration material coupled to the top of the bridge.
