PURPOSE: A wireless sensor for detecting electric currents and power failure of a distributing board is provided to facilitate the maintenance work of a distributing board by confirming the state of each component of the distributing board. CONSTITUTION: A wireless sensor for detecting electric currents and power failure of a distributing board comprises electric wires, a conversion plate, a rectification unit, a power supply unit(16), a dip switch unit(26), a temperature sensor(24), a regulator(18), an MPU(22), and wireless transmitting and receiving units. The conversion plate converts an electromagnetic field generated from the electric wire into AC voltage. The rectification unit rectifies the AC voltage into DC voltage. The temperature sensor detects the temperature of the electric wires. The regulator receives the DC voltage from the power supply unit and outputs constant voltage. The MPU outputs the sensed temperature data and overheated state data in real-time.
