PURPOSE: Cookies using phellinus linteus-cultured rice, and a producing method thereof are provided to offer the anti-cancer effect of the phellinus linteus-cultured rice to the cookies. CONSTITUTION: A producing method of cookies using phellinus linteus-cultured rice comprises the following steps: washing colored rice, and soaking for 4hours before injecting phellinus linteus spawns into the rice; cultivating the spawns for 30~45days at 25~28deg C, and freeze-drying or heat-draying to obtain the phellinus linteus-cultured rice; melting and creaming butter; making dough containing the phellinus linteus-cultured rice; sealing the dough in a container for resting; and molding the dough into a cookie shape before baking.
