SYSTEM AND METHOD FOR GUIDING CONSULTATION

PURPOSE: A consultation guiding system and a method thereof are provided to gather information which is needed for consultation during call waiting time. CONSTITUTION: A consultation guide server(200) transmits consultation content guide voice to user terminals while users are waiting the consultation(101-1~101-3). The consultation guide server collects the consultation information by recognizing voice consultation information. The consultation guide server detects service keyword from the consultation information. The consultation guide server displays the service keyword to a consultant terminal(250). The consultation guide server offers consultation guide information to the consultant terminal.
