PURPOSE: A driving device with four degrees of freedom and a simulator moving apparatus with four degrees of the freedom using the same are provided to prevent an excessive increase of a weight by offering four degrees of the freedom in roll, heave, pitch, and sway directions.;CONSTITUTION: A driving device(300) with four degrees of freedom comprises a support frame(100), a movable frame(200), a connection joint(350), and first/second/third/fourth connection units. The support frame is installed in the lower part. The movable frame is installed above the support frame. The first/second/third/fourth connection units are connected between the support frame and the movable frame. The first/second/third/fourth connection units support the movable frame.
