摘要

An input shaft groove processing tool of a steering system and method for processing an input shaft groove using the same is provided to reduce working cycle and costs by cutting a groove on the input shaft through four times cutting processes. An input shaft groove processing tool of a steering system and method for processing an input shaft groove using the same comprises a first and second cutting unit(420,430) mounted onto a first and second rotating shaft, away at specific distant from each other, machining either side of the surface of an input shaft(410); and a third cutting unit(440) machining the other side of surface of the input shaft and attached onto the third rotating shaft. The input shaft groove machining tool forms a groove while rotating by 90° interval along the surface of the input shaft.
