The present invention relates to a heat-dissipating structure for an electronic display using an LCD monitor, wherein the heat-dissipating structure may efficiently dissipate heat generated by the LCD monitor on its own and prevent an LCD monitor panel from being blackened by the rise in temperature in the LCD module panel when the electronic display is installed in an outdoor area and the LCD monitor panel is exposed to direct sunlight. The heat-dissipating structure may also ensure that the humidity and temperature within the electronic display remain constant.
