PIPELINE REHABILITATION METHOD USING GUIDE PIPE WITH BRAKING HYDRAULIC JACK

PURPOSE: A pipeline change method using a leading propulsion pipe equipped with a crushing hydraulic jack is simplified the structure is provided to be simplified by using hydraulic force for inserting a new pipeline for crushing an existing pipeline. CONSTITUTION: A pipeline change method using a leading propulsion pipe(100) equipped with a crushing hydraulic jack(110) is as follows. Vertical work holes are formed in the front and the rear portions of an existing pipeline(A). A saddle and a protrusion jack are installed in the vertical work holes and a leading protrusion pipe is set for the insertion of an existing pipeline. The leading protrusion pipe is pressed to the front side and a new pipeline(200) is connected to the rear portion of the leading protrusion pipe and pressed. When the existing pipeline is inserted in the leading propulsion pipe, the existing pipeline is crushed by a crushing hydraulic jack.
