PURPOSE: A horizontal connecting structure of a flange clamp for a drilling riser is provided to prevent a bolt from becoming separated from the flange of a riser. CONSTITUTION: A horizontal connecting structure of a flange clamp for a drilling riser comprises a flange(30) and a clamp. The flange comprises auxiliary line holes(31), side bolt joints(32a), bolt fixing grooves(34), two to four joint grooves, two to four joint protrusions, and guide grooves. The side bolt joints are formed by expanding bolt holes to the outside the flange. The bolt fixing grooves are formed in the side bolt joints. The clamp comprises flange fixtures(41), connection hinges(42), riser bolt fixtures(43), clamp bolts, clamp bolt fixtures(45), fixing protrusions(47), and fixing grooves(48). Each flange fixture has a separation preventer. The riser bolt fixtures are formed in the centers of the flange fixtures. The clamp bolt fixtures are formed on the ends of the flange fixtures and clamp the clamp bolts. The fixing protrusions and fixing grooves are formed on both ends of the flange fixtures.
