PURPOSE: A direction detecting performance and position estimating performance verification system of simulated flight is provided to minimize overhead test equipment purchasing costs, thereby having a high competitive price. CONSTITUTION: A direction detecting performance and position estimating performance verification system(10)of simulated flight comprises a simulator(100), a DDS(Direct Digital Synthesizer)(300), and a signal analysis device(400). The signal analysis device comprises a signal detector(410), a direction detector(420), and a signal analysis and precise position estimator(430). The simulator creates an RF(Radio Frequency) signal corresponding to the simulated flight of an aircraft. The signal detector receives the RF signal from the simulator and transfers the RF signal as a digital format. The DDS inputs a pulse trigger signal from the simulator and creates a sinusoidal wave signal of desire frequency through digital to analog conversion. The direction detector controls the phase of the sinusoidal wave signal and creates direction angle information of the simulated flight in order to hit for the digital format. The signal analysis and precise position estimator receives a signal of the digital format from the signal detector and to receives the direction angle information from the direction detector. The signal analysis and precise position estimator creates a PDW(Pulse Description Word) based on received data and estimates location information of the simulated flight based on the PDW.
