PURPOSE: A submerged pontoon for submerged tunnel construction and a construction method of a submerged tunnel using the same are provided to shorten the time required for construction progress and to cut down the cost of construction by reducing the waiting time for correcting the position of a submerged enclosure for synchronization of winches installed to a primary submerged pontoon and secondary submerged pontoons. CONSTITUTION: A submerged pontoon for submerged tunnel construction comprises a group of a primary submerged pontoon and secondary submerged pontoons. The primary submerged pontoon and the secondary submerged pontoons include four mooring winches, two contraction winches, two suspension winches, one longitudinal winch and five power packs, wherein winch auto controllers(310,320) are installed to the primary submerged pontoon and the secondary submerged pontoons respectively, wireless transmitting and receiving devices(313,323) are connected to each winch auto controller, and a 9-set joystick(321) for operating each winch of the primary submerged pontoon and a 9-set joystick(322) for operating each winch of the secondary submerged pontoon are connected to the winch auto controllers of the secondary submerged pontoons respectively.
