PURPOSE: An enzymetic conversion method of ginsenoside Rb1 using beta-glucosides is provided to ensure effective production of Rd, F2, and Rg3. CONSTITUTION: A method for bioconversion of ginsenoside Rb1 comprises: a step of isolating and purifying beta-glucosidase from A. niger KCCM 11239 culture medium; and a step of converting ginsenoside Rb1 into a large amount of minor ginsenoside with various pharmacological efficiency. A ginseng product contains the minor ginsenoside as an active ingredient. The minor ginsenoside includes ginsenoside Rd, F2, and Rg3.
