PURPOSE: An offshore structure for supplying ballast water is provided to supply ballast water to a ship in a short time because the ballast water processed by a ballast water processing device can be supplied after being stored in a storage tank in advance.;CONSTITUTION: An offshore structure for supplying ballast water comprises an anchor device(10), a ballast water processing device(20), a ballast water storage tank, and a ballast water transferring device(40). The ballast water processing device processes seawater to use as ballast water. Multiple barriers(32) for storing the ballast water processing in the ballast water processing device are installed in the ballast water storage tank. Multiple storage chambers(31) are formed in the ballast water storage tank. A safety discharge unit comprising a passage port(33) with an opening and closing device is arranged in the ballast water storage tank.
