PURPOSE: An SSR primer isolated from Lycium chinense. Mill is provided to effectively detect DNA polymorphism. CONSTITUTION: An SSR(simple sequence repeat) primer pair contains two nucleotide sequence selected from sequence numbers 1-42. The SSR primer pair is derived from Lycium chinense. Mill. A method for identifying Lycium chinense. Mill species comprises: a step of isolating genome DNA from Lycium chinense. Mill; a step of performing PCR using the SSR primer pair; a step of separating PCR product by size; and a step of comparing the size with that of control group. A kit for detecting DNA polymorphism of Lycium chinense. Mill contains the SSR primer pair.
