PURPOSE: A pedestal structure having earthquake-proof performance for an access floor is provided to stably support an upper panel in an earthquake and to improve earthquake-proof performance by absorbing and reducing horizontal vibration and shock. CONSTITUTION: A pedestal structure having earthquake-proof performance for an access floor comprises a bottom fixing device(110), a vertical support(120), a head support, and an earthquake-proof head. The bottom fixing device is fixed to a bottom to support an upper panel. The vertical support is vertically installed on the bottom fixing device. The head support is installed on the vertical support to be liftable. The earthquake-proof head is installed on the top end of the head support and is connected to the upper panel.
