PURPOSE: A crystallizing reactor for collecting resources is provided to increase the reaction speed and efficiency of crystallization by injecting crystallizing members, a crystallizing reagent, and a pH adjusting agent.;CONSTITUTION: A crystallizing reactor for collecting resources includes a driving part, stirring stirrers(14, 15, 16), a crystallizing reagent injecting hole, a treated liquid discharging hole, a settling inducing and separating member(42), a crystallizing reactor(11), crystallizing nucleus injecting holes(27, 28, 29), and a crystallizing member storing tank(39). Crystallizing members, which are settled at the lower side of the crystallizing reactor, are fed-back to be injected through the crystallizing nucleus injecting holes. A pH adjusting agent is injected through a pH adjusting agent hole to accelerate the crystallization of treating water or effluent. A crystallizing reagent is injected through the crystallizing reagent injecting hole. The crystallizing reagent is one or more selected from magnesium, potassium, calcium, zinc, calcium carbonate, phosphoric acid, iron salt, lanthanum, and ammonium.;COPYRIGHT KIPO 2013
