PURPOSE: A bottle inspecting device is provided to regulate a transfer area to be correspondent to a bottle size and to safely transfer to a next process.;CONSTITUTION: A bottle inspecting device comprises a device frame(100), a feeder assembly(200), a main guide assembly(300), an in-star wheel unit(400), a turret assembly(600), and an out-star wheel unit(800). The device frame is installed on a bottle transferring passage and comprises a device base. The feeder assembly is installed in the device base and feeds bottles to a screw feeder. The main guide assembly is installed in the device base adjacent to the feeder assembly and guides the transfer of the bottles. The in-star wheel unit is discharged from the feeder assembly and transfers the bottles guided by one side of the main guide assembly through rotation. The turret assembly regulates a vertical height interval between a pusher rotator and a seating stand rotator with a screw jack module and a bottle height measurement module to be correspondent to a size of the bottle and rotates the bottles being transferred from the in-star wheel unit. The out-star wheel unit is discharged from the turret assembly and transfers the bottles guided by the other side of the main guide assembly through the rotation.;COPYRIGHT KIPO 2013
