Producing method of LPG fule tank for vehicle

PURPOSE: A method for manufacturing a liquefied petroleum gas fuel tank for a vehicle is provided to remove bubbles and impurities from fiber by injecting resin to a mold with high-pressure. CONSTITUTION: A method for manufacturing an LPG fuel tank for a vehicle is as follows. A tank cylinder is rotated by a spindle. A glass fiber is first loaded on the tank cylinder using a spinning machine. A pump/valve is placed on the first glass fiber. A conical jig is installed on the top of the pump/valve. A glass fiber is second loaded on the conical jig to fix the pump/valve. The conical jig is separated from the pump/valve. The tank cylinder is placed on a mold. Impurities are removed from the tank cylinder by injecting resin to the tank cylinder with high-pressure. Tank domes(7a,7b) are bonded to the left and right sides of the tank cylinder.
