cqvip:Currently,there are two main problems facing Chinese think tanks:one,they do not properly understand what decision-makers need;two,decision-makers do not find these think tanks’research useful.The first problem is relatively easy to solve.Decision-makers could assign tasks to think tanks as well as think tanks coming up with their
