PURPOSE: An insulator manufacturing method using oyster shells and oyster shell insulator are provided to obtain the safety of marine products by recycling the oyster shells.;CONSTITUTION: Oyster shells are disinfected and deodorized(S110). The oyster shells is bio-calcification(S120). The oyster shell is pulverized(S130). Shell powder is mixed to an insulator paste state by mixing carbon power and liquid inorganic binder(S140). An insulator paste is manufactured to insulator mold(S150). The insulator mold is backed in high temperature(S160).
