PURPOSE: An exercise device for growth stretching is provided to enable a user to select an action mode suitable for him or her. CONSTITUTION: An exercise device for growth stretching comprises an upper body supporting board(10), a lower body supporting board(20), a middle connecting member(30), a central support(40), a driving unit, and a controller. The upper body supporting board is fixed in an upper body supporting frame. The lower body supporting board is fixed in a lower body supporting frame. The connecting member extends the backbone of a user. The central support supports the body supporting board from the floor. The driving unit extends the body of the user who lies on the body supporting board. The controller controls the driving unit.
