The present invention relates to a linear motor , and more particularly, a fixed magnet of the mover of the linear motor providing the movable chair to improve the structure to reduce the leakage of magnetic flux linear motor mover for improving the efficiency of the motor . ; To this end , the present invention is formed of a movable frame which is attached a plurality of permanent magnets , non-magnetic material , the movable permanent magnet is coupled to the chair frame guide for guiding a position to be attached to the permanent magnet , and provides a linear motor , characterized in that follower configuration , including the permanent magnet and the permanent magnet attached to the guide member pressing pressure compensation and a distance between the permanent magnet to be fixed to the movable frame .
