MULTIFUNCTIONAL WATER VALVE FOR EXTENDING THE LIFE OF A VALVE

PURPOSE: A multifunctional water valve is provided to control and remove cavitation generating in high speed fluid in the opening of a disc by installing an anti-cavitation device.;CONSTITUTION: A multifunctional water valve(10) comprises an anti-cavitation device, a valve RPM indicator, an air valve(200), and a sacrificial anod(120). The anti-cavitation device is detachably formed in an outlet side flange(22) of a body. When a disc(30) is upwardly moved, the anti-cavitation device controls rapidly flown fluid to prevent cavitation. The valve RPM indicator is connected to a screw protruded to the outside of the body and indicates the opening and closing position of the disc. The air valve installed in the upper part of the body is communicated with the body and discharges air in a valve or a pipe to the outside. The sacrificial anod is connected to a bolt installed in the body to absorb corrosion current generating in the bolt, thereby preventing corrosion.;COPYRIGHT KIPO 2013
