The present invention Angelica ( Angelica)gigas ) relates to a method for preparing immune-promoting candy for children using nanoparticles of water-soluble extracts. According to the present invention, a method for preparing a pediatric immune-promoting candy using nanoparticles of water-soluble extract of Angelica gigas is characterized in that it is produced by gelatinizing the hydrothermal extract of Angelica gigas. According to the present invention, due to the effective cell permeation function of the nanoparticle granulated Angelica extract, high activity can be expected even with a small concentration of extract, which is economical in terms of cost and time. In addition, the bitter Angelica is collected by gelatin and made into a candy, which can be easily consumed by children by reducing the inherent odor and enhancing flavor.
