PURPOSE: A real time remote 360 degrees image monitoring system is provided to efficiently monitor a monitoring region without a dead space and to perform multilateral simultaneous control through a wide angle image photographing unit. CONSTITUTION: A compensating image generating unit(120) compensates distortion of a wide angle image photographed in a wide angle image photographing unit(110). An image controlling unit(140) controls the image photographed in the wide angle image photographing unit according to control input of a user terminal.
