PURPOSE: An enantiomer(D form) peptide of antibiotic peptide 9Pbw 2,3 is provided to ensure antibacterial and antifungal activity to prevent dandruff. CONSTITUTION: An enantiomer peptide is D form of peptide selected from sequence numbers 1-2. A pharmaceutical composition contains the enantiomer peptide as an active ingredient without toxicity to human erythrocyte or epidermal cells. A pharmaceutical composition for antibacterial, antifungal, or antidandruff to microorganisms contains enantiomer peptide as an active ingredient. A microorganism includes gram positive bacteria, gram negative bacteria, antibiotics resistant strain, fungi, or dandruff bacteria.
