MANUFACTURING METHOD FOR ASPHALT CONCRETE AGGREGATE USING SLAG

PURPOSE: A manufacturing method of aggregate for asphalt concrete using slag is provided to reduce pavement cost by recycling air-cooled blast furnace slag and electric arc furnace oxidizing slag as a concrete aggregate. CONSTITUTION: A manufacturing method of aggregate for asphalt concrete using slag comprises the following steps: mixing a electric arc furnace reducing slag with melted electric arc furnace oxidizing slag(100); solidifying the mixed reformed electric arc furnace oxidizing slag(200); smashing the solidified reformed electric arc furnace oxidizing slag(300); and dividing the smashed reformed electric arc furnace oxidizing slag by particle sizes(400). In the first step, 10-30wt% of the reducing slag is mixed. The reducing slag is crushed after solidified, and the particle size of the reducing slag is greater than 0 and less than 5mili meters.
