PURPOSE: A system and method of improving beauty salon capability are provided to supply optimized service to guests by exactly evaluating ability and attitude about the work of hairdressers and accurately guiding the operators. CONSTITUTION: A DB unit(120) stores information of members, question information evaluating workers, and evaluation information. A controller(110) provides the question information of the DB unit to a member terminals. The controller evaluates a response about the question information and calculates the score. The controller provides a guiding method corresponding to the calculated score. A result information DB(122) stores which responding results of problem corresponding to each member is scored. A notification information DB(121) stores a next test date and instruction information.
