POLYVINYLCHLORIDE RESIN COMPOSITION FOR PIPE AND JOINT CAPABLE OF IMPROVING IMPACT RESISTANCE WHILE REDUCING CONTENT OF POLYMER RUBBER

PURPOSE: A polyvinylchloride resin composition is provided to able to manufacture flow pipe and seamed pipe which has improved impact resistance while satisfying other mechanical properties like rigidity, etc because impact resistance is improved by extremely reduced amount of polymer rubber than existing one.;CONSTITUTION: A polyvinylchloride resin composition contains 100.0 parts by weight of polyvinyl chloride resin, 1-20 parts by weight of rubber-impregnated calcined diatomaceous soil. The polymer rubber-impregnated calcined diatomaceous soil is that 50-90 weight% of polymer rubber is impregnated to 10-50 weight% of diatomite. The polymer rubber is one or more selected from a group consisting of (meth)acrylate rubber, (meth)acrylate-butadiene-styrene rubber, acrylonitrile-butadiene-styrene rubber, chlorinated polyethylene rubber, and ethylene-vinyl acetate rubber.;COPYRIGHT KIPO 2013
