PURPOSE: An apparatus for automatically observing sky climatic conditions is provided to be safely protected from rain, snow, external dusts, or excretions of wild animals, to be exposed to the external environment only when the apparatus is used, and to automatically secure cleanness of the apparatus. CONSTITUTION: An apparatus for automatically observing sky climatic conditions comprises: an observation device(10) which is covered with a transparent cover(11); a box(20) having a penetration hole and a door(22) on ceiling of the box; a duct which is connected to the penetration hole and fixed to the upper part of the box; a housing(40) which has a lower hole and is fixed on the ceiling of the box; an elevator(50) which elevates the observation device to the duct through the lower hole; and an opening/closing switch(60) which opens and closes the duct.
