TRAINING TOOLS WHICH SUPPORTS ELEVATION OF A EGO IDENTITY

PURPOSE: A teaching aid for enhancing and supporting ego identity is provided to improve individual positive ego identity for organization constituents while improving activation of operation of the whole organization. CONSTITUTION: An EIT(Ego Identity Tag) collection supporting board(30) collects a post-it for writing EIT(50) from valuation execution organization constituents. An EIT classification supporting board(20) classifies the post-it for writing EIT into different groups according to contents. A receiving box comprises a receiving space and accepts clue question paper(80), the post-it for writing EIT, the EIT classification supporting board, and the EIT collection supporting board.
